The SIMBA Chain is a platform which directly connects users and providers of government and enterprise networks through blockchain distributed applications (dapps), all without the need of third parties.
SIMBA chain’s main purpose is to provide a software infrastructure for direct communication between users and big data entities eliminating intermediaries. This make the whole system more secure. Started in 2017 as an initiative by the U.S. military, specifically the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the SIMBA chain is developed as a blockchain cloud solution for public-private partnerships. The initial intention of the project was to use the platform for secure messaging that would be less vulnerable to hacking attacks.
